Micromuse Inc. was an American company based in San Francisco which provided network management software. The company's partners included Psytechnics.The company's notable products include Netcool which would later become part of the IBM Tivoli Framework.Micromuse was founded by Phil Tee and Australian Chris Dawes, in London, in 1989. Dawes was killed when his McLaren F1 car crashed in Essex, in 1999.
