Ellie Yieh

Inducted into the WITI Hall of Fame in 2016, Yieh built a career of more than two decades at Applied Materials, Inc., rising from process engineer to corporate vice president for advanced product technology development. In that role, she was responsible for the technical and operational excellence of the company's Maydan Technology Center R&D lab.

Yieh joined Applied Materials in 1989 as a process engineer in the chemical vapor deposition group and went on to head several successful product developments over the course of her tenure.
